- 8 slices Pederson’s Natural Farms Hickory Smoked Uncured Bacon
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 ½ tsp sriracha
- 2 brioche buns
- 4 oz pickled carrots
- Cook bacon according to package. Once cooked, place on paper towel to remove excess fat, fold in half, and set aside.
- In a small ramekin, mix mayonnaise and sriracha until well combined. Set aside.
- Toast brioche bun. Spread sriracha on both sides of the bun. Add bacon, layer carrots and add top bun.
