Bacon Brioche Sandwich

You Need


  1. Cook bacon according to package. Once cooked, place on paper towel to remove excess fat, fold in half, and set aside.
  2. In a small ramekin, mix mayonnaise and sriracha until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Toast brioche bun. Spread sriracha on both sides of the bun. Add bacon, layer carrots and add top bun.
