Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch dinosaur kale
  • 1 large English cucumber, quartered
  • 1 honeycrisp apple, quartered
  • 2 granny smith apples, quartered
  • 1 1-inch knob ginger, halved
  • 1 lemon, skin removed, quartered
  • 2 sticks celery
  1. Incrementally add fruits and vegetables to juices.
  2. Strain (if needed) and consume immediately. Enjoy.
